Suzanne Holbrook is a dynamic, experienced spa & wellness leader, who's responsibilities include driving spa performance through a focus on aspects such as, identifying new revenue streams, program development, spa design, memorable guest experiences, and branding. With 40 years’ experience in the industry, Suzanne is seen as an industry leader and widely credited for her vision in elevating The Ritz-Carlton & Marriott spa brands.
In her existing role Suzanne supports all existing, future owned and managed properties, with a portfolio overseeing 180 spas across multiple brands, including The-Ritz-Carlton, St Regis, W Hotels, Gaylord, Westin, Sheraton, Renaissance, Autograph, JW Marriott & Marriott, throughout Canada, Latin America, Caribbean, Mexico and North America.
Education has always been a driving passion for Suzanne,” supporting industry growth, developing new and upcoming leaders, and working with owners and brands to realize their potential.
